Summary
The full TQL spec was duplicated across ~6 tool descriptions in the schema. Adds a tql_help tool that returns the complete reference (syntax, tests + runs variables, examples) as readable text on demand, and shrinks each tool's TQL text to a one-line pointer plus 2-3 examples and an "only documented fields" guard on the tql/q param.
